Make mocks realistic

The mock is only as good as the spec's examples. Coach teams to add meaningful examples to each response so the mock returns believable data, not empty shells.

Coaching note

The mock is a feedback instrument. Guide customers to review the mock with consumers early — that conversation surfaces contract problems while they are cheap to fix.
