SG Enablement Academy is an internal, hands-on enablement platform for MuleSoft Success Guides. The idea is simple: before we can guide a customer to success, we have to know the platform cold ourselves. So this is a place to roll up our sleeves, build real things, and get genuinely fluent — not skim slides.

Everything here is organized into focused tracks. Each track takes one area of the platform and goes deep: concepts, hands-on labs, a working playground, and a check that you can actually do the thing — and then explain it to a customer in their language. You move through one track at a time, at your own pace.

The first track is live

Agent Fabric is our first available track — MuleSoft's AI control plane, from MCP tools and A2A brokers to governance and the Model Proxy, plus how to coach a customer through building it. More tracks are on the way, each shaped by what the cohort runs into in real customer sessions.
